Electronic cigarette monster Juul Labs consented to pay $438.5 million on Tuesday
to settle a claim brought by 33 states and Puerto Rico,
finishing a two-year examination concerning claims the organization promoted its nicotine items to teens
Juul should likewise consent to "severe injunctive terms seriously
restricting their promoting and deals works on," as per an official
statement from Connecticut Attorney General William Tong,
